2/7 – My narrow world
June 16th, 2008
For the last four days my world was limited to this, pretty much. Sitting in the passenger seat of our minivan and looking out the cracked, bug-splattered windshield at the scenery passing by.
I am glad our road trip is over. Now the fun of house-hunting begins.
(I’d like to note that it’s taking all my willpower to only upload this one photo to Flickr. I have a bunch of road-trip photos to edit and upload but I am forcing myself to go to bed because it’s late. But I will be adding more photos to my Moving from Maryland to California set soon.)

Judging by the time of your comment on SAJ’s site I think going to bed was a good decision! I’m glad you made it to California safe and sound!
I haven’t been on a road trip in a while, so this actually looks pretty good to me!
You made it safely! Hooray! Happy house hunting :)
Welcome Home! I kinda miss CA. Glad you have a chance to be back for a bit.
BTW, assuming you have USAA, one call to them and they will send someone to you to replace that cracked windshield…at NO cost to you! I know…I’ve had to do it…twice. Just a thought. I don’t want you guys injured…you’re too special to me. :)
I love how the GPS shows one. long. road. As much as house hunting is a pain, I’ve always loved it. It’s always interesting to me to see what’s out there and how other people decorate :-) Good luck!
Good luck house hunting!!
Welcome to California! Glad you made it safe!
