birthday party central
May 16th, 2009
I haven’t even gotten around to writing about Annalie’s actual birthday, about how much fun it was with all our friends and the piƱata and the presents and the flower cake and the swimming, and now we’re gearing up for another party.
Yes, you read that right. Rapunzel, Heather‘s daughter, is turning 11 in a week. What she wanted to do most for her birthday was paint pottery. And you know they had me at “paint pottery.” So today Brenda and Bug and Sue, and Heather and Shawn and Rapunzel and SuperChic all came down again. Tomorrow, Jen and her two older girls Emily and Audrey are coming down too. Basically it’s Annalie’s party all over again, except this time it’s an Asian theme instead of a flower theme.
I’ll get around to telling you about Annalie’s party eventually. I hope by then you aren’t sick of hearing about birthdays! Till then you can see lots of photos in the photoset Annalie’s 5th birthday! on Flickr.

I love that first photo of you two. LOVE.
Angella beat me to the punch… The second I saw that first photo I knew I had to tell you how stunning it is!
Ditto the first two commenters. :) You are such a sweet family!
I love hearing about birthdays!! Especially May birthdays, as all the best people in the world were born in May. (not that I’m biased or anything)
