I smiled to see your pictures of the Dole Plantation and Waikiki beach. We're retired military- and did the luau at the Hale Koa. Did you get a chance to do that? Our kids are grown but I was really surprised at the activities that they had for little ones there prior to the dinner, such as learning how to make flower leis. It looks like you all had fun- and your wonderful pics are a reminder I need to update my blog with a trip report.
