Day 6 - three sets of feet and reflections in a fountain

I met Bonnie and her kids to paint pottery yesterday, even though I just saw Bonnie on Sunday, and just painted yesterday, and will in fact see Bonnie again today.

Painting with friends.

Reasons include:

1. I love Bonnie (and her kids).

Painting with a friend: helpful in overcoming Thursday's attempts to keep us down. @zebrabelly I seriously love how Margie is always ready to pose. @zebrabelly

2. I love painting. (Although I didn’t really get to paint yesterday. I was too busy supervising Elliora. But she loved painting, which is almost as good.

3. I had two Groupons I needed to use before they expire on Monday, and I didn’t manage to use them both up yesterday.

Painting a candle dish for @zebrabelly.

4. Bonnie had the same Groupons.

night-skyish candle dish E and I painted for Bonnie . back of the dish we painted for Bonnie

5. BECAUSE I LIVE IN SAN DIEGO NOW, AND I CAN.

Making a wish.

6. Because sometimes, you have to do stuff like paint pottery and hang out with friends to keep Thursday from kicking your butt.

The good news is, it worked, at least for me! I felt quite happy by the time we all went home. Take that, Thursday.

Really cute kids by a fountain. @zebrabelly

It makes me so happy that you’re so ecstatic to be back in San Diego! :) HOORAY for painting & awesome friends & fun kiddos!

Do you know what I love about these photos, aside from the people in them?
The fact that I recognise where they were taken. In particular, the photo of Elliora walking on the fountain wall. I recognise that black uneven brick wall behind the fountain.
I need to come back to San Diego so badly it actually hurts a little bit.

  3. I love Bonnie’s owl shirt… where did she get it?
