After yawning hugely, Annalie assured us, “That wasn’t a tired yawn. That was a hungry yawn!”
Apropos of nothing in particular: “I feel like a bundle of underwear!”
A recent bedtime prayer: “Dear God, thank you so much for kittens, because they’re so cuddly! And thank you so, SO much for glowing stickers, becuse they are so glowy and friendly! Amen.”
Annalie wandered into the kitchen and informed me, “I just got off the phone with my friend Pretty. She’s a hula girl, and she lives in Hawaii. I’m going to visit her tomorrow!”
“You are? That’s a long trip.”
“Not if I take my speed boat!”

Oh my goodness she is so beyond adorable! Kids always say the cutest things. My aunt is pregnant with her 3rd and her 4 year old daughter told her that if it was a girl that was ok (she has a son who is 2 years old and likes to torment the 4 year old girl) but if it was a boy she was going to have to send him back LOL
I absolutely LOVE her prayer about the glowy & friendly stickers! Just what I needed to start my day :)

Please tell Annalie I’m waiting for my invitation to Hawaii. I have driven a boat once, for like 3 minutes, so I’m pretty sure I can get us there.

I remember defending my yawns as “not tired.” The last thing I wanted was to be sent to bed!

I am extremely tempted to make “I feel like a bundle of underwear!” the tagline for my blog :)

I am trying to imagine what a bundle of underwear actually feels like! Too funny. She’s such a cutie.

Why yes, they are GLOWY and FRIENDLY.
A bright light in a dark room.
And today? I totally felt like a bundle of underwear too.
