Also? Here's something strangely coincidental -- being from rural Alabama, I've never heard of Einstein Brothers Bagels ... until yesterday when I found a t-shirt at a thrift store. It was black & on the front it said "Einstein Brothers" and on the back it had the little logo and I thought it was cute. I forgot to pick it up on the way out but now I kind of want to go back and get it. I was like, "...what? Einstein brothers? That's kind of neat." ...and now I know it's a bagel place. For real. Hahaha. I want to come paint pottery with you too!
