I know this is a very late comment on this post, but I’m so far behind on reading my favorite blogs that I’m just now getting around to commenting on them all. At any rate, I just wanted to say that I’m glad you posted the crochet links. I love to crochet and am always on the lookout for something cute to whip up.

Pucky is so cute! I love it.

Thank-you notes are also very important to me (and were to my mom as well). Making your own is far more ambitious than I am, but I just love them.

Your craftiness puts me to shame. I love the Thank You note idea, very cool.

And I feel so sad for you that Aero bars aren’t available to you 24/7. Just looking at the photo has made me crave chocolate and am hoping Hubby can find me an Aero bar on his way home. Smarties are awesome too, ours up here are made with chocolate instead of the candy ones we find in Delaware.

Hope Annalie’s foot heals quickly, my father is going through something similar, except his hurts when he stops using it!

It is 1:00 am, so I’ll be succinct.

Praying for Annalie’s leg to heal WITHOUT need for any further “work” on it.

Kudos on the Thank You cards. I need to get better at that.

Look at your PRECIOUS crocheted cups/mugs and the elephant!

And you need to encourage Roman Sock to send me a banner for her shop. I’ll put it up and maybe she’ll get a few more hits off it?

Hooray for you and teaching Annalie about the importance of thank-you notes! Unfortunately, I don’t send as many as I should, but my mother seems to always remember if someone sent her a thank-you for a particularly heart-felt gift!

You can let Miss. Annalie know that I too prefer for others to not watch me when I’m feeling vunerable. That’s a pretty grown-up response to recognize what she wanted was privacy. Sounds like she’s bouncing back nicely.

You crochet too?!?!?! Your talents never end. So…do you happen to know the “Half-Shell” crochet stitch? With your crafty know-how and all the people you know with crafty know-how, SOMEONE out there must be able to rescue me! I started to crochet a blanket many many years ago when someone taught me this stitch. The blanket was never finished and sits in a huge bag with extra balls of yarn. I can’t remember how to do it and I can’t remember who showed the stitch to me. I just got a new camera for Christmas, so I’ll try to take a pic and send it to you. I think Pucky is adorable.

And Annalie…you ARE an artist already my little friend. Being an artist comes from the heart…and you have a huge heart filled with artistic talents.
