Annalie's story of her drawing cracked me up! Don't you just love looking at pics of your hubby when he was a kid? I know I love looking through my MIL's albums!

You must have been at that newer theater on 72nd and Sorensen Pkwy (right by my stepdads Dental office). Those 3 towers are totally part of my childhood. Being from west Omaha (which must be up a little higher now that I think about it) you could easily see them all the time. Every time we were coming home from long car trips they would mean we were finally near home too. I had always thought they were all the way across town (like right by the Missouri river). I don't think it was until I stared driving that I realized they were just at 72nd... So yeah, totally a west omaha boy. BTW, if you're over that way again be sure and stop at that new Marshalls over there, it rules (super huge shoe section and much less picked over than other ones in town). Great stuff as always but the plaidtastic pants were a highlight.

What a beautiful enchanted backyard. I just think of the backyard as weedy and a pain to take care of. This gives me a whole new way to look at it.
